Donald Trump, Melania Hold Hands As They Welcome White House Guests [PHOTO]

Melania Trump was stunning when she joined President Donald Trump in welcoming the Guatemalan president.

On Tuesday, the first lady and president of the United States welcomed Guatemalan President Jimmy Morales and his wife Patricia Marroquin de Morales at the White House. According to Daily Mail, the FLOTUS donned a $2,640 red, white and black checked designed by Chloé when she braved the rain in Washington D.C.

Melania’s dress featured oversized white lapels and was cinched at the waist with a matching belt. She paired her get-up with towering maroon velvet heels. Melania let her highlighted brown locks down around her shoulder.

Meanwhile, the POTUS was dashing in his black coat and pants. He also wore a white collared shirt underneath and a red tie. The POTUS and FLOTUS were photographed holding hands while holding umbrellas as they walked outside to welcome their guests.

Melania shared snaps of the events on Twitter. Many of her followers greeted the first lady for all the things he has done.

Not only are you intelligent and beautiful, you also know how to organize and execute events flawlessly. Not to mention being a mother and a wife. We are so lucky to have you,” Ava Armstrong commented on Melania’s post.

Another social media user commented on Armstrong’s post agreeing to her. The social media user said that there is no other FLOTUS that can come close to Melania’s elegance and grace but Jackie Kennedy Onassis.

A different user said that Melania’s photos were “incredible.” The same netizen also thanked the first lady for sharing them.

In related news, Melania is reportedly making a statement with her fashion choices. For instance, the FLOTUS wore a pussy-bow blouse after Donald’s controversial “Access Hollywood” tape leaked. She also wears suits even if she knows that her husband prefers women in tight, short and feminine dresses.

Melania has a statue in Slovenia. However, the artwork received mixed reactions from both of her supporters and critics. One said that Trump is a disaster and the politician is disgusting. However, Melania is a good wife and mother. As for the statue, one local said that it was “awful.”
