Less than a month ago it was revealed that "Duck Dynasty" star Phil Robertson had a daughter from a past affair. Now, a report claims she wants a cut of the family's money, but one of her brothers is speaking out.

In The Globe's June 22 issue, an anonymous insider dishes that Phil's sons -- Al, 55, Jase, 50, Willie, 48, and Jep, 42 -- are scrambling to make sure that the multi-million dollar fortune remains theirs and not in the hands of their long lost sister, Phyliss, 45.

"The boys are nervous as ticks at the idea that their inheritance could be slashed into fifths," the insider said. "People have tried to scam them before with total strangers coming out of the woodwork claiming to be Phil's love child and demanding money."

The source added that the "Duck Dynasty" brothers "are making sure that Phil's will is airtight and that they are the sole benefactors."

As it turns out though, there is no truth to the story, according to Willie.

"Reading this story in the Globe. None of it’s true," he shared in an Instagram post late Wednesday evening before joking, "but we are doing DNA to see if my oldest brother [Al Robertson] is related to Kim Jong Un."

Up until a few weeks ago, it wasn't widely known that the "Duck Dynasty" patriarch had fathered a daughter. It wasn't until the May 28 episode of the "Unashamed" podcast that Phil and his sons opened up about discovering they had another family member. They also hinted that fans could get a glimpse at Phyliss in the future.

"Duck Dynasty" is a reality show that aired for 11 seasons from 2012-2017. The show followed the lives of the Louisiana-based Robertson family, who became successful from their family-operated business, Duck Commander which makes products for duck hunters. Their main product is a duck call called Duck Commander.
