Ed Sheeran is the latest celebrity to join James Corden in his talk show, “The Late Late Show.”

The “Thinking Out Loud” singer will be part of the “Carpool Karaoke” segment, and the episode will air on CBS next week as part of its London special. Last week, Corden announced Sheeran’s appearance on his show via his Twitter account.

On Thursday, a teaser featuring Sheeran and Corden’s hilarious bonding session, while carpooling through the streets of London, was also released. The clip opens with Corden informing the viewers that he will be heading back home to London and will be bringing his fans along with him.

The next scene shows the two male celebrities singing together. At one point, Sheeran also brings out his guitar and starts playing. Next week’s episode of “The Late Late Show” will also feature appearances from Tom Cruise, David Beckham, Emily Blunt, Kit Harrington and Nicole Kidman. One Direction member Harry Styles, Kings of Leon and Jennifer Hudson will also be performing on the show.

Earlier this year, Sheeran was asked how come he has not yet graced Corden’s “Carpool Karaoke.” The “Shape of You” singer told Capital FM’s “Roman Kemp Show” (via US Weekly) that he thinks it will be awkward. “I know the whole thing is singing to your tune, but I think I’d feel a bit awkward singing to my song. I want to put on something really awkward and dirty, like Biggy’s song, ‘Big Booty Hoes’ or something like that, and just hear James Corden sing along to it,” he joked.

Sheeran has been dubbed as one of the biggest male artists of his generation. He has also won multiple awards since 2014. Most recently, he received the iHeartRadio Music Award for Best Lyrics for his hit song, “Love Yourself.” He also received a Grammy Award for Song of Year for “Thinking Out Loud” last year. In the same year, he was also named as People’s Choice Award for Favorite Male Artist recipient.

“The Late Late Show” airs on CBS every week at 12:37 a.m. EST.
