From Software’s “Elden Ring” is reportedly doing fine and would arrive sometime in the Spring of 2021, according to an industry insider. With the game’s absence in several gaming events over the past months, fans are wondering if they would ever hear anything about the game this year. Surprisingly, recent information from a reliable insider seemingly revealed that more details about the game could surface in the last part of the year or early next year.

“Elden Ring” Release Date

The latest information about the release date of “Elden Ring” came from an Italian journo and was reported by AltChar. Based on the report, the development of From Software’s most anticipated action title is going well. As for the game’s release date, the insider teased that history could repeat itself and said that it is happening in the Spring of 2021.

The industry insider seemingly hinted that just like “Dark Souls 2,” which arrived after the launch of Xbox One and PlayStation 4, From Software could release the “Elden Ring” after the launch of next-generation gaming consoles. If this is the case, rumors about the upcoming title releasing on PS5 and Xbox Series X could possibly happen.

“Elden Ring” Next Appearance

From Software’s highly anticipated title was rumored to make an appearance at a recent Xbox Series X event, but it remained a rumor since there was no “Elden Ring” announcement. Other fans are speculating that it could be at the forthcoming Gamescom. However, Venture Beat’s Jeff Grubb recently told a fan inquiring about the game that it would not likely be visible this year except at The Game Awards 2020.

“Elden Ring” was announced at E3 2019 and featured an impressive trailer. Since then, Bandai Namco and From Software became silent, triggering rumors that the game was cancelled. “Elden Ring” is an action-fantasy role-playing game slated to arrive on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. It is worth mentioning that, like all other leaks and rumors, the latest information about “Elden Ring” is unofficial. It is safe to take it with a good measure of salt.
