Erika Jayne might face a lawsuit from her estranged husband Tom Girardi's embezzlement victims, a report has claimed.

A judge ruled Tuesday that Girardi's former clients who claimed that they were victims of embezzlement can pursue a collections lawsuit against Erika, People reported.

According to the court documents obtained by People, Girardi's ex-clients Joseph Ruigomez, Jaime Ruigomez and Kathleen Ruigomez will be able to collect the $11 million he owes them per a 2020 litigation.

The judge previously placed a stay on collections from Girardi's assets as he and his law firm, Girardi Keese, were investigated by a bankruptcy trustee after having to file for chapter 7 bankruptcy late last year. However, the litigation counsel reported that the law firm transferred $20 million to Erika's various businesses. The ex-clients have been given the go signal to file and continue with their lawsuit against the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star.

"All assets identified by the Ruigomez family shall be subject to all rights of the Girardi bankruptcy estate and the [Girardi Keese] bankruptcy estate, which parties shall meet and confer in good faith to determine the character/ownership of the identified assets," part of the documents read.

"The Ruigomez Family, the Girardi Trustee and the GK Trustee shall cooperate with each other with their collection efforts against Erika."

Erika's lawyer did not respond when People reached out for comment.

However, the Bravo star has been opening up about her legal battle on the show. In a promo for "RHOBH" for the July 14 episode, she got candid about being forced to confront the fraud lawsuit against her and her estranged husband.

"What’s being said is just, I mean, it’s insane," she tells her co-star Lisa Rinna in the promo clip, as per Us Weekly.

In another scene, she addresses the various speculations that her divorce from Girardi is just a cover-up to hide assets.

“That lawsuit that says my divorce is a sham so I could hide assets — people want to believe that,” she says in the clip. "I mean, I could have never predicted this f—king s—t. This is the end."

In a previous episode, Erika said they split because Girardi pushed her to her limits. She also shared that her life drastically changed after she decided to give up her Lamborghini, her 16,000-square-foot home, marriage and everything she had.
