“Friends” fans will be disappointed to know that no reunion movie will be released sometime this year.

Last week, a trailer – that looked absolutely legit – was released online via YouTube. Within days, the over three-minute clip garnered four million views. The teaser featured clips of Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer from their previous television and movie projects.

The clips were compiled to make it seem as though this is the current lives of Rachel Green, Monica Geller, Phoebe Buffay, Joey Tribbiani, Chandler Bing and Ross Geller. The caption of the video also noted that the reunion movie will pick up a few years where the finale episode left off.

“Mike and Phoebe have trouble with their marriage, Monica and Chandler are getting a divorce, Joey couldn’t find someone, and Ross and Rachel have trouble after many years of not being together,” the caption read.

However, it has been revealed that the newly-released trailer is just a “what may happen” video. “Friends” creator, Marta Kauffman, previously said that the cast of the hit TV series will not reunite for a movie.

Kudrow told Entertainment Tonight last year that she and her co-stars regularly hangout ever since the series ended in 2004. “We have convened. Privately. For dinner. It was really fun! We had such a good time. It was hilarious. We were laughing nonstop,” she said.

Meanwhile, the cast of “Friends” also reunited in 2016 for “Must See TV: An All-Star Tribute To James Burrows.” While there, Aniston talked about the bond she and her co-stars have with each other, all thanks to Burrows.

“We would do anything for James Burrows because he really gave us the opportunity of a lifetime and probably the best 10 years of our acting careers that will forever remember. We experienced friendship, family, heartbreak, babies, everything together. We also sort of had a wonderful experience with the world loving us, as well – they connected with us,” she said (via US Weekly).
