The synopsis and spoiler stills for Episode 5 suggest Elzard wants to sacrifice Ireena to revive a pillar of the evil god and destroy the world. It remains to be seen why Elzard has chosen Ireena for this sacrificial ceremony.

Ard finds out about the abduction and arrives at Elzard's hideout with a new weapon to save Ireena.

There are demons blocking Ard's way and this is when Ireena tells him the hidden truth. What will be Ard's next move?

Toward the end of the last episode, Elzard appeared when Ireena and Ginny were battling each other.

"Ireena finds herself constantly irritated at Ard's popularity. While Ard is trying to think of a way to soothe her, Ginny appears before him in an enticing outfit," read the official synopsis of "The Greatest Demon Lord Is Reborn as a Typical Nobody" Episode 4, according to Crunchyroll.

The original creator of the series is Myōjin Katō, and Sao Mizuno is the character designer.

The opening theme song of "The Greatest Demon Lord Is Reborn as a Typical Nobody" anime is titled "Be My Friend!!!" and it is performed by Ayaka Ohashi. The closing theme, "Reincarnation," is by ChouCho.
