  • "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3" may have Thor in it
  • Chris Pratt shared soe hints about the movie in a recent interview
  • Star Lord and Mantis will have big roles in the film

After the events of “Avengers: Endgame,” the big question fans have is whether Thor (Chris Hemsworth) will join Star Lord (Chris Pratt) and his team in “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.” While there is no official word on this front yet, Pratt has hinted at this possibility in a recent interview.

Pratt will begin work on “Jurassic World 3” soon, and the other big film he will be a part of will be “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.” The character is currently promoting his new movie “Onward,” in which he leant his voice to the character Barley Lightfoot, and he spoke about the Marvel film during an interview with IGN.

Talking about the film, when Pratt was asked why Thor is not there in the third instalment, the actor hinted that the God of Thunder may be in the film. He pointed out that there is no definite answer about whether or not Hemsworth’s character will be featured in “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” and he might as well be in it.

While bringing in Thor will be exciting for the fans, it is not a priority for director James Gunn. In a previous interaction with the fans, the director said that his aim in the next instalment of the franchise is to “wrap up” the stories he started in the first film, Screen Rant reported.

Another tease that Gunn shared with the fans is that the upcoming film will be huge for both Star Lord and Mantis (Pom Klementieff), CBR reported. However, he also said that the characters he enjoyed writing the most this time around were Nebula (Karen Gillan) and Rocket (Voice by Bradley Cooper).

“Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” will be released in 2021. Marvel is yet to announce an exact release date.
