A South Florida high school teacher has been fired for hosting an alleged X-rated surprise party in a classroom for a former student. The explicit event reportedly occurred after school Oct. 18 at the Mater Lakes Academy in Northwest Miami-Dade, Fox-affiliate WSVN reported Thursday. The charter school houses grades six through 12.

The surprise party reportedly took place in the dance teacher’s classroom after class was dismissed. The mother of a female student who attended the event claimed it was in celebration of the school’s dance team.

The unidentified mother said she is a Miami-Dade County school teacher, according to WSVN.

"In the videos, we see how they were preparing for the surprise party. And as the boy walked in, they surprised him with a hat that had a penis attached to the top and a string to be able to pull it so it can get erected," the unidentified mother said.

Party favors for the male student reportedly included penis candles, penis hats, rubber penises, and other genitalia-themed souvenirs.

"There was a cake that had a lollipop shaped as a vagina," the anonymous mother said.

Another anonymous parent said that they were outraged by the party.

"You can’t even imagine," the mother said. "You know, I’ve raised my daughter the proper way and never taught her anything similar to that.”

The party reportedly traumatized her daughter.

"She couldn’t sleep last night. She woke up crying," the woman added. "It hurts that she’s being taught this at the school where I trust she’s gonna be taken care of."

Students as young as 11 years old were in attendance. Mater Lakes Academy told WSVN that the dance teacher had been fired, but wouldn’t confirm who supplied the sex-themed trinkets.

"The number one priority is the safety and well-being of our students and faculty. Once we became aware of the situation, we addressed it immediately and have taken the appropriate measures and the individual has been dismissed," school officials said in a statement to WSVN.

Another parent said they contacted Miami-Dade Police Thursday and that authorities are investigating the incident.

"Whatever happened is a scar that’s already there. You can’t undo what happened," said another mother.
