Bell, a 33-year-old stunner, is rated as the hottest inmate, with 539 Ranker.com users giving a thumbs-up to her smiling photo, which can be viewed by clicking through the slideshow above of the hottest prisoners.

On her profile on meet-an-inmate.com, Bell says she's lonely and in search of a real man for friendship, and possibly more.
