Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are rumored to be fighting over money.

Garner and Affleck decided to part ways in 2015. However, it took three years before they finalized their divorce.

In 2018, the exes were officially single again. According to TMZ, the couple went through their divorce without hiring a lawyer. Both agreed to share joint custody of their three kids, Violet, Seraphina and Samuel. They also agreed to meet with a co-parenting therapist on a monthly basis for a minimum of six months.

The did not have a prenup agreement, so they decided to split their properties. Garner and Affleck have a combined wealth of roughly $190 million, according to People.

The former couple purchased a $17.5 million 8,800-square-foot property from producer Brian Grazer in 2009.

According to Los Angeles-based divorce attorney Jerry Wang, the house they bought together while married would be likely considered community property. However, the home they purchased when they were single would be separate property and would not be split up.

Star recently reported that Affleck and Garner were “fighting over finances.” They were spotted arguing outside of a Los Angeles church last month.

The “Argo” actor was reportedly begging the “Miracles from Heaven” actress for cash for his parking, coffee and church contribution, which Garner found ludicrous.

An unnamed source claimed that Affleck rarely carries cash and Garner is hesitant to give him money because she’s worried he’ll use it to buy booze.

“Sobriety has been difficult, but she finally told him, ‘I’m not giving you any more money!’” the so-called source said.

The claims might not just be true. Affleck has a bigger net worth compared to his ex-wife. He earned roughly $43 million in 2016 with “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.” The movie grossed $870 million while his 2017 film “Justice League” also grossed $884 million worldwide. Affleck has a whopping net worth of $130 million. On the other hand, Garner is worth $60 million.

Affleck and Garner are often seen together with their three kids. They still attend church service as a family from time to time. Last week, Affleck was seen with Seraphina and Samuel. Meanwhile, Garner bonded with their eldest daughter Violet.
