Things aren't looking good for Nate (Billy Brown) in episode 7 of ABC's "How to Get Away With Murder" Season 2. Annalise's (Viola Davis) former lover agreed to take the fall for her and the Keating five in her husband, Sam Keating's (Tom Verica) death. Although the case was thrown out in episode 2, it appears Nate's days on the witness stand aren't over.

According to the upcoming episode's synopsis, Nate will be hit with a shocking new murder charge from ADA Sinclair (Sarah Burns). Upon learning of the potential new charges he will look to Annalise for help. Meanwhile she and her team of student lawyers will take on a difficult new case. They'll be defending a client accused of having urged someone to kill themselves, which is likely linked to the episode title "I Want You to Die."

The synopsis also suggests Bonnie (Liza Weil) will learn new information about what happened at Trotter Lake with Asher (Matt McGorry). Her boyfriend is accused of having somehow played a role in the gang rape of a girl named Tiffany many years prior. The incident is, in some way, linked to Asher's decision to turn on Annalise, spying on her and reporting back to Sinclair. Bonnie will likely delve into the case on her own, though it remains unclear.

It is also unclear whether or not Nate's return to the stand means the return of Eve (Famke Janssen). During episode 1 viewers learned that she and Annalise had a lengthy history and that she had called her to defend her estranged lover. It was later revealed to viewers that Eve and Annalise had a romantic history -- one which they appeared to be rekindling.

"How to Get Away With Murder" Season 2, episode 7, "I Want You to Die," airs Thursday, Nov. 5, at 10 p.m. EST on ABC.
