Kate Middleton keeps her children entertained amid the coronavirus outbreak.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are also forced to stay at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This gives Prince William and Middleton more time to be with their children.

The future king and queen have been busy in the past months especially after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle decided to step down from their royal duties. Due to the lockdown, Middleton is given the opportunity to be with her kids and an insider said that the duchess is the perfect definition of a hands-on mom.

Middleton keeps Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis entertained by doing activities with them. They spend time in the kitchen and garden to enjoy the coronavirus quarantine.

“Kate bakes and decorates cakes with the kids [on] the weekend to keep them entertained. The kitchen is always a complete mess by the end of it, but it’s all part of the fun — that’s how Kate sees it,” an insider told Us Weekly.

“They also enjoy gardening together and planting seeds.”

The source added that Prince George, 6, Princess Charlotte, 4, and Prince Louis, 23 months, have bonded with their parents over various adventurous activities while in self-isolation. The royal mom considered it a blessing that the three children get along so well. In fact, the third-in-line to the throne helps his younger sister.

“George has been helping Charlotte with her gymnastics and they’ll spend hours practicing cartwheels, headstands and other moves together. Louis tries to join in too!” the insider continued.

Prince William and Middleton work together to keep their children happy while they stayed at home as a family. The duchess is in charge of their home-schooling and playtimes. Prince William is also very involved. He teaches his children lessons and organizes games for them.

Meanwhile, Prince William paid a sweet tribute to Middleton on Mother’s Day. He shared a family photo to mark the event.

Royal photographer Matt Porteous captured the “beautiful image” that showed the sweet moment of the Cambridge family. According to him, it was taken when their last Christmas card came out and it was a “very fun shot.”
