Sarah Ferguson showed off her much slimmer figure at a recent event in Toronto. Following her sighting, the Duchess of York’s weight loss journey was revisited.

In the past, the mom of two revealed that she has worked with personal trainer Josh Salzmann in achieving her goals. Ferguson even penned a testimonial on her trainer’s website crediting him for all the help he has given her.

“I am delighted to write this testimonial, as Josh and I have been through so many different life obstacles and even in my most trying and despairing moments, Josh was there, and I got back on the bike! Fitness is mind, body, and spirit, Josh always says… ‘Free your mind and your bottom will follow’… I personally believe in listening to your body and smart training,” she wrote.

Ferguson also gave out on some workout and weight loss tips to readers. She said that overtraining is a no-no for long-term weight loss. Prince Andrew’s ex-wife also said good nutrition and enough sleep are very important. At that time, Ferguson also said that she has already lost close to 50 pounds by incorporating Salzmann’s discipline.

The Duchess of York has also served as the spokesperson for Weight Watchers. While following a specialized program, Ferguson said that she also lost a couple of pounds.

“It was my difficulties with weight control that made Weight Watchers approach me to be their spokesperson. That relationship changed my life, marking an important turning point when my weight, health, personal life, and finances all started to come under control,” she said.

In related news, Ferguson also made headlines recently after a royal expert noticed that the former royal’s makeup has changed since her split from Prince Andrew.

Ariane Poole, the founder of Ariane Poole Cosmetics, told Express that Ferguson’s current makeup look suits her. She also said that Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie’s mom looks better now more than ever.
