Codenamed “HTC Perfume,” HTC’s next flagship One M10’s full specifications have been leaked.

The trust-worthy tipster Evan Blass of @evleaks, who joined Venture Beat recently, said the HTC One M10 will come with a 5.1-inch AMOLED display, aided by a QHD screen resolution of 1,440 x 2,560 pixels. Under the hood, this handset will apparently be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 SoC and will be backed by a cool 4 GB of RAM.

When it comes to memory configuration, the One M10 will reportedly come equipped with 32 GB of native storage. Similar to its predecessors, HTC will house a microSD card slot to facilitate further expansion.

According to Blass, a 12-megapixel UltraPixel camera sensor will be part of the handset. The Taiwanese tech giant introduced the concept of 4-UltraPixel resolution camera in the HTC One M8, released back in 2014.

Constant criticism from reviewers and users alike made the company switch back to the typical 20-megapixel snapper in the HTC One M9. Perhaps, HTC fine-tuned the UltraPixel sensor. It’s apparently going to give this unique camera unit a try, one more time, with the One M9 successor.

This camera unit will also support laser autofocus and optical image stabilization. To top it all off, the OIS feature will be part of the secondary selfie-camera as well.

Furthermore, a fingerprint scanner will apparently be part of the Home button. However, it will not feature the much-appreciated front-facing stereo speakers. On the software front, the One M10 will run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box with HTC Sense 8 UI on top of it.

Speaking of release date, past rumors suggested that the M10 will not be introduced at the MWC 2016 event, scheduled for February. Instead, HTC will unveil the flagship sometime in March.
