Fall may be just around the corner, but it's been a shady summer. Leading that shade lately has been none other than Wendy Williams.

The host of "The Wendy Williams Show" just entered Season 11, and there have been a plethora of headlines to come out involving her in some way (i.e., Tamar vs. "The Real" and "RHOBH" star Lisa Vanderpump). So whose feathers did she ruffle this time? Iggy Azalea.

When discussing the rapper's lengthy hiatus, Williams chose to refer to Azalea not by her name, but as "the Australian girl with the fake body."

Azalea wasted no time responding to the shady description of herself.

"Who’s the crack head in the half way house with the gossip show thing?" she tweeted, making notice of Williams' struggle with addiction.

The "Fancy" artist didn't stop there though, according to NY Daily News. In a since-deleted tweet, she added, "Wendy Williams is a walking mike Tyson tribal tattoo slapped over a deeply set c-section scar."

Azalea added, "You would have thought after crying publicly all summer, walking around in a wig that looks like it hasn’t been brushed in a week, talking to papz clearly high as hell etc etc she would mind hers but her she is… baby!"

"The Wendy Williams Show" airs weekdays. Check local listings for showtimes.
