Inside Kanye West’s New Home In Front Of Kim Kardashian’s Mansion

Although they are no longer a couple, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian still keep in touch. And the rapper’s latest move might also draw them closer to each other.

West, 44, reportedly bought a single-story house in Hidden Hills, California, right across the street from the estate he once shared with Kardashian, 41.

The purchase comes months after the rapper listed his $3.7 million bachelor’s pad in Hidden Hills and just months after Kardashian filed for divorce from him after seven years of marriage.

West reportedly paid $4.5 million for the 3,651-square-foot property, $421,000 over the seller's asking price to secure the deed, as per Dirt. His new home has five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

According to the news outlet, the house built in 1955 is spacious but “architecturally unremarkable,” far from the West-Kardashian family mansion, which was heralded by Architectural Digest as “an oasis of purity and light.” The all-white, minimalist home was designed by Belgian designer Axel Vervoordt.

The former couple reportedly paid $40 million for the family home and spent $20 million on renovations. In October, Kardashian paid West $23 million to buy out his 50% stake in the multi-acre property.

West's new house sits on 1.07 acres of land. It boasts a large outdoor swimming pool and a horse corral.

The existing kitchen was remodeled in 2005 and includes a spacious island, granite countertops and some generic-looking white ovens and a white dishwasher.

Aside from his newly purchased property, West owns a mansion in Malibu, which he bought in September for $57.3 Million.

The duo, formerly known as "Kimye," parted ways at the start of the year.

While they are no longer together, Us Weekly reported that Kardashian wants West to be a big part of their children’s lives, and so he will be invited to all holidays and family celebrations.

West has been publicly asking Kardashian for reconciliation amid their divorce, saying he made mistakes and “he needs to be back home.”

West is reportedly dating model and social media influencer Vinetria, while Kardashian is dating comedian Pete Davidson at present.

The former showbiz pair has four children together: North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2.
