Rebel Wilson’s home in Sydney, Australia, is up for sale.

The "Pitch Perfect" star recently announced on Instagram that she is selling her three-story waterfront home located on the Sydney Harbour in Birchgrove following her move to London.

It has an asking price of roughly $6.7 million, the New York Post reported, citing the listing. The sale comes two years after the renovation of the three-story home designed by award-winning architect Paul O’Connor was completed.

“There’s something special about this house, its location, its vibe and I am sad to see it go after a meticulous renovation,” Wilson, 42, wrote alongside photos of the interior of the home and views of the Sydney Harbour from the house. “I just won’t be using it for the next few years because [I] will be working overseas and would prefer someone else gets to appreciate it.”

She added that there won’t be any open houses, and instead, she uploaded the pictures for “people who like looking.”

“My favorite thing is probably the elevator I put in that gives you views as you go up and down,” she wrote. “It’s great for a boat owner with its own jetty and moorings. Or you can just watch all the boats go by every day – especially at sunset, it’s gorgeous. And all the neighbors know what a brilliant street and suburb it is to live in in Sydney.”

Wilson said “serious buyers” should contact her real estate agent, Peter Gordon at CobdenHayson Balmain, to place an offer.

The property features three bedrooms and three bathrooms and spans over 2,100 square feet.

In addition to the luxury elevator mentioned by Wilson, other features of the home include 180-degree harbor views from every level. The home also features a deepwater mooring pen, jetty and pontoon.

The house also comes with an infinity edge ozone pool and a waterfront entertainer’s terrace with an outdoor kitchen.

The actress originally paid $3.76 million AUD (about $2.8 million U.S.) for the house in 2015, according to the Sydney Morning Herald.

The previous owner of the house was award-winning novelist Peter Carey, the outlet said. In 1992, it was sold to former Goldman Sachs managing director Robert Tsenin and his wife Estelle.

Meanwhile, Wilson currently owns a five-bedroom, five-bathroom estate in Los Angeles she bought in 2016 for $3 million.
