A two-story duplex formerly owned by "Shark Tank" judge and real estate mogul Barbara Corcoran on the Upper East Side has been listed on the market for $2.3 million.

This would be the first time in 25 years that the property hit the market.

Dubbed The Tower House and likened to a "cottage in the sky" and a "super hero's lair," the home, which has one bedroom and one bathroom, is located at 205 East 69th Street.

It is currently owned by former CNN "Showbiz Today" host Laurin Sydney and her husband, Mark Simon Burk.

The couple resided in the home since 1997 after purchasing the property from Corcoran.

The highlight of the home, built in 1929, is the 1,200-square-foot wraparound terrace and the windows on the second floor, showcasing the bird's eye 360-degree views of New York City.

It also features a steel spiral staircase leading to the loft-style bedroom, built-in bookshelves and an Amerec cedar sauna with a separate windowed bath and Jacuzzi soaking tub.

Interior features include pre-war details, a wood-burning fireplace, 10-foot ceilings, parquet oak floors, and original cast iron windows, as per New York Post.

"Perched atop the Penthouse floor, this two-story cottage in the sky boasts four exposures of magical light that make you feel like you've left New York and entered a Paris dream," according to the listing.

The home's kitchen features D'Oro stone countertops, glass-front cabinetry and a Gaggenau stovetop.

The bedroom has custom closets, built-ins and a concealed TV cabinet.

The penthouse's landing leads to a private garden oasis that conjures up Paris and "is a perfect balance of elegance and sophistication," per the listing.

The landscaped roof deck has been outfitted with a full irrigation system and offers four exposures.

The penthouse was listed with Steve Gold and Scott Hernandez of The Corcoran Group, the "Shark Tank" judge's former brokerage firm.

Corcoran has a net worth of $100 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

She is the founder of New York City-based real estate firm The Corcoran Group, which she sold to National Realty Trust in 2001 for $66 million.
