  • Júlia's husband, Daniel Cayuela, remains in intensive care

Brazilian Instagram personality Júlia Hennessy Cayuela died after being involved in a car crash last week — not long after sharing a haunting post on the social media platform.

She had posted a photo on Instagram with the caption, "Life is short, let's be crazy - me, you, god and the road. Your dreams are mine too."

Hours later, the 22-year-old with over 330,00 Instagram followers and her husband, Daniel Cayuela, were involved in a crash in São José dos Pinhais in Brazil while on a motorbike trip Thursday, the New York Post reported.

The Federal Highway Police of Parana and Ecovia said they suspect a truck was crossing the BR-277 road in São José dos Pinhais when the cycling couple T-boned into the side of the vehicle, according to the outlet.

Júlia was airlifted to a Parana hospital in critical condition. She died shortly after arrival of sudden cardiac arrest, a report by Brazilian outlet O Tempo said.

Daniel — an entrepreneur with more than 110,000 followers of his own — was also seriously injured and underwent shoulder surgery. He remains in intensive care.

The couple, who had been married for four years, often documented their motorcycle adventures on their respective social media accounts, the New York Post noted.

Both uploaded the same photo on their respective Instagram accounts prior to the incident, showing them posing in front of a large, yellow sign in the town of Capão Bonito while wearing helmets.

One follower suggested that the caption of Júlia's last post was a premonition, the O Tempo report said.

"From the phrase she put in that photo, it looked like she knew she was going to pass away," the user commented, as translated by the outlet. "In videos, Júlia even stated that the roads along which the couple took the trip were quite winding and that she got nauseated because of the curves in the path. In some moments of the recordings, it is possible to see that there was a lot of fog on the way."

Júlia was buried in the city of Belo Horizonte in the couple's native state of Minas Gerais Saturday. The funeral procession had been attended by hundreds of fans and loved ones.
