Model Ireland Baldwin shared Instagram photos of her bruised face after she was allegedly “attacked” and robbed by a woman Friday.

In the Instagram post, the 24-year-old model revealed that she was attacked in a parking lot Friday afternoon.

"I was attacked by a woman who was high out of her mind on drugs and desperate for cash. She decked me in my face in a parking lot and took my belongings and jumped in a getaway car while her husband took off," Baldwin wrote,

The unidentified accused has since been taken into custody.

"Luckily I had witnesses and got assisted really quickly. The cops told me this is happening frequently because people are desperate for money right now due to coronavirus and people being out of work. There is a lot of theft and muggings going down. Posting this to remind everyone to be really careful and watch your surroundings. These are really difficult times and we need to look out for one another," she wrote.

The location of the incident was not known. Meanwhile, several of her friends and followers took to the comments section to show their support to the model.

"Omg. I’m so sorry, but thank you for sharing this," Mia Khalifa wrote.

"Omg this is terrifying. So glad you’re okay," comedian Nikki Glaser wrote.

"Sending you love and a speedy recovery! Thank you for sharing," Olivia Perez commented.

"I’m so glad you are safe now. We love you," Hilaria Baldwin, who is married to Ireland’s father, commented.

"I'm so sorry this happened to you! So scary! So many people so desperate and scared and acting irrationally," Joy Downer wrote.

Last week, Baldwin had put up an Instagram post to celebrate being six years free from eating disorders.

"Wanted to announce that today is the 15th of August, and today marks six years that I have been free of anorexia and bulimia and all of my other food compulsion and eating disorders that I have struggled through for many years," she said in the video.
