Ivana Trump was spotted strolling through the streets of New York City with a luxury real estate broker Wednesday, a report says.

In the photos obtained by Daily Mail, the 72-year-old ex-wife of Donald Trump looked chic in an all-black outfit with gold detailing. She paired her get-up with comfortable black patent leather flats and a $4,500 black studded Dior handbag, the report said.

The former model styled her hair in her signature beehive updo. She also put on pink eyeshadow with matching lipstick and heavy black eyeliner for the outing.

Trump's companion was identified by the outlet as A. Laurance Kaiser IV, a seasoned realtor. They were seen strolling down Madison Avenue on New York's Upper East Side arm-in-arm after having lunch at the upscale Italian restaurant Nello. They were also accompanied by another male friend.

Kaiser is considered a true icon in "New York real estate" and has spent over half a century working as a broker in the Big Apple, according to the Berkshire Hathaway website. He specializes in high-value properties on the Upper East and West Sides.

This was not the first time that Trump and Kaiser have been photographed together. They were also pictured together on the red carpet at a Fashion Institute of Technology gala in 2016. It is not clear whether Trump was asking for Kaiser's help for a property or was only catching up with a friend during their latest sighting.

Trump has been living in New York City since the mid-1970s after relocating from Canada. She was married to the former president between 1977 and 1992. She has remained cordial with her ex-husband, with whom she shares three children — Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump and Eric Trump.

Just recently, Trump revealed that she had reached out to the 75-year-old former president on his birthday, which falls on June 14.

"Donald hates his birthdays," she told People. "So I did speak to him and wished him happy birthday and told him, 'Don't worry about your age. Age is just a number, and his and mine [are] unlisted.'"

She added that she is happy for her ex-husband and her children to be free of Washington, D.C. "I just want them to be able to live their normal lives - normal lives. Not the Washington life and all that, just in New York or wherever they're going to be and just live their normal lives," Trump said.
