“Jack Ryan” cast members John Krasinski and Michael Kelly joined soldiers at an airfield to thank them for their service and celebrate Veterans Day with them. The team behind the show and Amazon are also raising money for charity that supports veterans.

Krasinski, who plays the role of a former U.S. Marine turned CIA operative on the show, went to an airfield with Kelly to celebrate Veterans Day. A video of the visit has been shared on the Instagram page of the TV series.

“This Veterans Day, we say thank you to the teams that are truly unstoppable,” the social media post read.

The cast members interacted with the soldiers and thanked them for their service and their sacrifice.

Krasinski and Kelly got to take a look around the facility and even posed for the cameras while sitting inside a cockpit. There appear to be some fans of the TV series among the soldiers, and the Jack Ryan actor signed a few autographs during the visit.

Apart from the visit with the soldiers, Krasinski appeared in another video to raise funds for the charity organization Wounded Warrior Project. The organization helps veterans achieve their ambitions by providing free mental health services, career counseling, and long-term rehabilitative care.

Krasinski repeatedly referred to the soldiers as “unstoppable heroes.” He also urged the fans of the show to support Wounded Warrior Project by visiting their website.

Amazon has also offered the active military personnel and veterans one year of Prime membership for only $79, which translates to $40 in savings. The company announced that it is doing this as a small token of its appreciation.

Meanwhile, Amazon is gearing up for “Jack Ryan” Season 3. Production is yet to start for the third installment, and the show is expected to return in 2020. The producers haven’t announced a release date yet.
