Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith’s body language during their “Red Table Talk” conversation hinted that they were holding something back from the public, a body language expert revealed.

Traci Brown, a body language expert and author of “Persuasion Point: Body Language and Speech for Influence,” revealed her thoughts about Jada and Will’s behavior as they appeared together on the talk show. During the show's Friday episode, the couple revealed that they had momentarily separated about four years ago. Jada also confirmed that during that period of separation, she had another romantic relationship.

According to Brown, the way the couple conducted themselves during the tell-all suggested that they did not reveal all details about the situation.

“We see that they were holding back, just a little bit, kind of towards the latter part, because both of them at different times would roll their lips back over their teeth, and that’s just saying that they are not saying everything,” Brown told Page Six on Monday.

Although Will and Jada held back some details, she saw genuine love and honesty between the couple during their conversation. She highlighted Jada’s gesture of placing her hand over her heart multiple times.

“[Jada] puts her hands over her heart several times, which says she’s been feeling it, about this situation, and also when she does it, it’s about gratitude and love and when they get in to talk about unconditional love for each other I think they are really congruent about it,” Brown continued. “I didn’t see any deception going on.”

On Will’s end, the expert said that he still loves his wife. She pointed out how the “Bad Boys” star extended his feet towards Jada. According to Brown, feet are the most telling because one has the least control over them and they tend to move towards what one wants. She concluded that Will still has feelings for his wife and she believes in what they said about their relationship.

“His feet move towards her. And so, we see that, I think it’s genuine. I think that they are in the place that they say they are in and they’ve been through a lot of problems to get there and I think they really are in the good side of things,” she added.

Brown also described the couple as “very evolved” and she could see their love and genuine care for each other during their conversation.

Jada and Will’s relationship made headlines recently after August Alsina claimed that he and Jada had an affair with Will’s consent. Jada initially denied it. However, she later admitted that they had an affair during her momentary breakup from Will and called her relationship with the singer-songwriter an “entanglement.”
