There's no release date yet for the final season of “Ted Lasso,” but Apple TV+ is planning for a premiere in 2022.

Before “Ted Lasso” returns for its third season, let’s take a look at Jason Sudeikis' net worth and massive earnings.

“Ted Lasso” is based on a character that Sudeikis created for a series of comedic NBC Sports promos in 2013. In 2020, he and his co-star Brendan Hunt, who plays Coach Beard on the show, turned into fully fleshed-out characters for the Apple TV+ series.

In the series, Sudeikis plays the title role of an American football coach recruited to manage one of England’s most dysfunctional soccer teams, the fictional Richmond Football Club.

Ted does not know that he was hired by the club's owner Rebecca Welton (Hannah Waddingham) because she wants the team to fail to spite her former husband.

The Apple TV+ comedy show generated buzz in the months following its launch in August 2020. Eventually, it got rewarded with several major recognitions at the Emmy Awards.

Due to the hit status of the show, Sudeikis will be paid $1 million per episode in season 3, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The sum includes creator fees and compensation for his role as the series’ head writer and executive producer.

The deal is reportedly up from the $250,000 to $300,000 per episode he earned for the previous seasons.

It is still unknown how much the other actors are getting for Season 3, but previous reports said the central cast members, including Waddingham, Hunt, Brett Goldstein (Roy Kent) and Juno Temple (Keeley), scored raises that will take their pay from the $50,000 to $75,000 range per episode for seasons one and two to $125,000 to $150,000.

Co-creator Bill Lawrence and the writers of "Ted Lasso," who garnered several Emmy nominations in 2021, also scored significant salary bumps.

To date, Sudeikis’ net worth stands at $25 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
