  • Jeffree Star’s ex-friend, Oscar Wylde, claimed the makeup mogul made fun of Nikita Dragun's candle behind her back
  • He also backed Trisha Paytas, who recently called Star "evil"
  • Paytas said Star and his former hairstylist made fun of her weight, skin and more during their 2020 Las Vegas trip

Jeffree Star’s former friend, DJ and producer Oscar Wylde, has accused the makeup mogul of making nasty comments about Nikita Dragun and Trisha Paytas in a YouTube video posted Wednesday.

In his latest YouTube video, Wylde backed Paytas, who recently called out Star and his former hairstylist HairbyJay, by revealing how the controversial beauty guru allegedly backstabs his fellow influencers.

“I’m not gonna stir the pot, but how about the 40 minutes you guys just went back and forth talking about Nikita Dragun’s, uh, ‘hail mary candle,’ and that she copied you, and then you went and showed her it in your office?” said the DJ and producer, referring to the controversial candle Nikita released last year.

He continued, “The things that were said about Trisha, it’s basically mirroring what’s said in that kitchen as like, banter.”

This came after Paytas shared a new YouTube video Sunday titled, “Why I’m scared of Jeffree and HairbyJay,” in response to the hairstylist's claim in an Instagram Live that she lied about the Las Vegas trip all three of them went on last year.

In the video, Paytas said she's done with “evil” Jeffree and his friends and revealed that their Valentine's Day vacation last year left her so “hurt and disgusted” that she left home earlier than she had intended to. Describing the trip as “awful,” Payton claimed that Star and HairbyJay, along with other guests, made fun of her throughout the trip, commenting on her skin, weight, appearance, personality, spending habits, substance abuse issues and more.

“Jeffree brought me on a trip to s--t on me, and I can’t have a say, because he paid for it,” said the YouTube personality.

She then went on to criticize her former friend, YouTuber Shane Dawson, for “constantly promoting” Star.

While Star wrote in a tweet to Paytas that he was “horrified” by what HairbyJay said during his live, he also denied any wrongdoing, adding, “Let’s not pretend I had any part to play in that.”

Paytas then fired back, writing, “If you didn’t want to be involved in the drama, why is he speaking your name in the video on your behalf? Confirming all the horrid s--t you guys said about me?”

Meanwhile, Wylde also shared his thoughts about Dawson, who became close friends with Star while making his 2018 docuseries about the beauty guru and collaborated on a makeup collection with him in 2019.

“I’m still surprised that Shane has lasted this long,” Wylde said. “I don’t know if it’s for financial gain or not, but at the end of the day, Shane Dawson, I looked up to you a lot… I don’t know what you’re doing right now. You’re supporting the wrong people.”
