Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck reunited by taking their kids to see a movie a day before Thanksgiving.

The “Peppermint” star and “Batman v Superman” actor were seen together a day before Thanksgiving with their three children and Affleck’s mom Christine Anne Boldt. The family reportedly headed to a theater. However, it remains unknown what the family watched.

Meanwhile, Garner and her eldest daughter Violet looked like twins in their matching boots. Prior to the family’s outing, Affleck and Boldt were spotted arriving at Garner’s house together. The “Argo” actor was even photographed holding a cup of coffee as he made his way to his ex-wife’s home.

Affleck and Garner announced their separation in 2015. Their divorce was finalized in October 2018. Despite their split, the two have remained amicable and they co-parent their three children Violet, 13, Seraphina, 10 and Samuel, 7.

The family are often spotted attending Sunday church service together. Affleck and Garner also reunite for their kids’ activities.

Even if they are already separated, they still celebrate Thanksgiving together. Two years ago, Garner shared that Affleck and Boldt were also spending the holiday with her and their children.

“Ben’s mom, Chris [Boldt], will be in town and she and Ben will take the kids and I’ll have crafts set up and I’ll have T-Ball, soccer, I’ll have anything set up,” Garner told Entertainment Tonight.

“If they will play with the kids and just let me cook, it is heaven for me. I will make homemade bread, I’ll make stuffing, I’ll make a turkey, I’ll make gravy, I’ll make sweet potato pudding, I’ll make pies. Just let me have that day in the kitchen.”

According to sources, Affleck and Garner’s relationship is “doing amazingly well.” In fact, the celebrity mom is still very supportive of her ex-husband.

“She’s really supportive of Ben, and when they parent the kids separately, they both share their stories of sweet moments they had with the kids that day. Their friends are always saying what a perfect example they are of dedicated parents who look past their own issues,” a source said.
