Jennifer Garner has bought a new home after letting go of the mansion she and Ben Affleck spent many of their married years living in.

Garner, 46, bought a 3,245-square-foot single-family home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles for $7.9 million, Us Weekly reported. This seems to be a downgrade from the 8,798-square-foot Pacific Palisades estate she previously shared with the "Justice League" star, also 46.

Despite the smaller size, Garner's new home seems to be just right for her and her kids, Violet, 13, Seraphina, 10, and Samuel, 6, whom she shares with Affleck. Their new Brentwood property was built in the 1930s and has four bedrooms and three baths.

Garner and Affleck sold off their Pacific Palisades mansion, which features nine bedrooms and 14 baths, for $32 million in December last year, TMZ reported. Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo bought the property the ex-couple purchased back in 2009.

But while Garner chose to settle in a more cozy home, Affleck reportedly decided to upgrade. Last year, the Oscar-winning actor moved into a 13,454-square-foot estate in the Pacific Palisades that he bought for $19 million in April, according to Us Weekly.

Affleck and his ex-wife decided to go their separate ways in 2015 after a decade of marriage. In April 2017, the two decided to make their separation permanent and filed for divorce. Garner and Affleck finalized their divorce just last year in November.

Despite their split, Garner and Affleck continue to maintain an amicable relationship and co-parent their children. Just this month, the two exes were spotted together a few times, usually with their children.

Meanwhile, Garner has found love again in Cali Group CEO John Miller. The couple's relationship is reportedly going strong, with one source even telling Us Weekly that there might be wedding bells in the near future for them.
