Jennifer Garner and ex-husband Ben Affleck are both moving on from their relationship after finalizing their divorce last year. And the actress started this new chapter in her life by getting a new man and moving into a palatial home.

Garner was recently spotted moving her belongings into a gorgeous property in Pacific Palisades in California. In photos obtained by Daily Mail, the "Alias" alum, who wore a pink sweater, jeans, brown loafers and sunglasses, entered her new home, which is reportedly just a mile away from Affleck's house.

In December, the property was reportedly sold by cosmetics heir and entrepreneur Dean Factor and his wife Shannon for $13,860,000. Daily Mail claimed Garner is the "lucky buyer," but according to the deeds and documents, the estate was bought by a corporate entity connected to a local parking management and valet services conglomerate, which now seems to be leasing it to Garner, Variety reported.

Built in 2009, Garner's 10,500-square-foot estate has over three floors, six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms. The lower level of the actress' new residence reportedly has a wide variety of amenities including a gym with sauna, climate-controlled wine cellar, a large wine-tasting room, craft room, billiards room and ensuite bedroom. The upper levels boast four ensuite bedrooms, with each coming with their own balcony.

Garner and her three children, Violet, Seraphina and Samuel, whom she shares with Affleck, will have a lot of space to play and bond as a family as their backyard features a pool, farmhouse dining patio and an outdoor entertaining patio with a fireplace and grilling kitchen. This comes after Garner and Affleck sold the Pacific Palisades estate they owned as a couple last month. Adam Levine bought the property for $32 million in an off-market deal last year.

Meanwhile, Garner seems to have many ongoing projects as the "13 Going On 30" star is reportedly also having a new home built in Brentwood, not far from the Palisades. The house was designed by celebrity-favorite architect Ken Ungar. Garner reportedly purchased the empty lot where the house is currently being constructed for $6.5 million, according to X17. It's possible Garner and her children may move into this home after the construction is done.

Aside from moving into a new home, Garner is also moving on from her divorce from Affleck with a new boyfriend, Cali Group CEO John Miller. The two have been dating for around eight months now, and it seems things have been getting "serious" between them.

A source told Entertainment Tonight that Garner's relationship with Miller "continues to grow" and that they are both happy to have found love in each other. According to the insider, the businessman is even reportedly often at Garner's home, bonding with her kids.

Despite this, the insider said that the two are not ready to take their relationship to the next level for now. "[Garner and Miller are] in a true honeymoon phase in their relationship and while they've spoken about a future together, neither of them are ready to plan a wedding or get engaged," the insider said. "Jen has no interest in jumping into marriage quickly. She only just solidified her divorce so right now she just loves all their time together.”
