Jennifer Lopez's search for the perfect LA home continues. The singer was spotted checking out an $85 million Beverly Hills mansion with Ben Affleck Tuesday.

The 38,000-square-foot property has 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a massive pool and an indoor sports complex complete with a basketball court and boxing ring. It also comes with a guest penthouse, a caretaker's house and a two-bedroom guardhouse. Its parking facility can accommodate up to 80 cars, according to TMZ.

The couple reportedly went to San Fernando Valley afterward to tour a Toluca Lake mansion that used to belong to the late standup comedian Bob Hope and his wife Dolores.

The property, which is currently owned by investment tycoon Ron Burkle, is listed for $40 million. It sits on 5 acres of land and has a one-hole golf course, reported TMZ.

Reports on Lopez's house-hunting activities first popped up last month after she was seen viewing a $65 million mansion in the upscale Holmby Hills neighborhood. Affleck, who is said to be helping her find the right property, was also seen with her at that time.

A high-end realtor reportedly showed the couple a few mansions in the area. Lopez and Affleck followed behind in their car, where they shared a kiss before heading inside the mansion. Entertainment Tonight described the property as an expansive 31,000-square-foot home with eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

According to previous reports, Lopez and Affleck do not have plans to live together just yet. However, a source told Entertainment Tonight their "friends wouldn't be surprised if they move in together and ultimately end up together."

Another source told the outlet their relationship is "serious." "They have insane, on another level, chemistry. They are both super passionate and are head over heels with each other, just like they once were. This time around, however, they both really feel like this is it," the source explained.

Lopez and Affleck got engaged in 2002 and were supposed to get married in September 2003. Unfortunately, the couple canceled the wedding just days before the ceremony. In January 2004, they announced their breakup officially.

The two got back together after Lopez broke up with her fiancé Alex Rodriguez in April.
