Jennifer Lopez doesn’t take a break from her workouts during the weekends. The singer turned actress shared a picture of her after her workout at the gym on a Sunday with her fans on social media recently.

Lopez appears to be ageing in reverse. She shared a selfie of her from the gym on Instagram recently, and she flaunted her toned abs in it. The singer wore a full-sleeved yellow top that exposed her midriff and she wore matching workout pants. She had her hair tied back into a bun to allow her to exercise.

“ Sweaty SoLful Sunday’s,” Lopez captioned the post and pointed out that the season of fall is already here. She was wearing an outfit from Niyama Sol while working out, and she tagged Sol in her post.

Sol too shared the picture on Instagram and commented that Lopez was wearing the Goldie leggings and previewing the Velour Crop in Marigold in the picture.

While Lopez was busy working out on a Sunday, it doesn’t mean that she doesn’t have fun during the weekend. She shared a photograph of her partying on Saturday night.

During the night out, Lopez wore a furry white outfit and large, gold-colour earrings. She showcased her massive diamond ring on her fingers as she sipped her drink. It isn’t clear who she went out to party with.

Lopez is currently engaged to Alex Rodriguez. The two celebrities got engaged in March and they are currently planning their wedding.

While Lopez spent the weekend partying and working out at the gym, Rodriguez spent his time with his kids. He shared a picture of him with his two daughters online. “Daddy’s Angels,” he captioned the post in which the three of them give the iconic pose of “Charlie’s Angels.”

Meanwhile, Lopez has also been busy with her music. She recently shared a near-nude picture of her on Instagram to promote her new Spanish song “Baila Conmigo.”
