  • Jennifer Lopez held a coffee mug emblazoned with a letter B on it in new photos she posted on Instagram
  • Lopez's fans speculated that she was giving a subtle shoutout to her boyfriend Ben Affleck
  • Lopez recently came to Affleck's defense amid backlash to his comments about his marriage to Jennifer Garner

Jennifer Lopez recently showed off a new coat on social media, but fans noticed a romantic Easter egg in her post.

On Tuesday, Lopez, 52, posted on Instagram two photos with a possible shoutout to boyfriend Ben Affleck.

"Cozy morning in my Super Puff," the "Jenny From the Block" singer captioned the snaps showing her relaxing in a white Aritzia puffer jacket.

Aside from her outfit, what caught the attention of Lopez's followers was what she was holding in her hand: a white coffee mug emblazoned with a letter B on it.

There is no one in Lopez's immediate family whose name starts with a "B," Us Weekly noted. Her 13-year-old twins with ex-husband Marc Anthony are named Max and Emme, and her sisters are Lynda and Leslie Lopez. Her mother, meanwhile, is named Guadalupe Rodríguez.

Due to this, Lopez's fans were quick to link her mug to Affleck.

"It’s the B cup for us," one wrote with a red heart emoji.

"Is the B for Ben??!" another Instagram user asked.

"B as in Ben," a third person commented.

"Well somebody took their man’s mug," a different netizen chimed in.

Many also praised Lopez's look, with one fan writing: "Oh my god, you look so perfect!"

"Tell me you're 16 without telling me you're 16!!!!! Oh my god girl, you [are] literally gorgeous!!!" another wrote.

Lopez and Affleck got back together in April after she called off her engagement to ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez. The "Gigli" co-stars were previously engaged from 2002 to 2004.

Last month, the "Hustlers" actress said she would "100%" consider tying the knot again in the future. "You know me, I'm a romantic, I always have been. I still believe in happily ever after, for sure," Lopez said during a November appearance on the "Today" show.

Lopez was previously married to Ojani Noa from 1997 to 1998, Cris Judd from 2001 to 2003 and Anthony from 2004 to 2014.

Affleck, for his part, was married to Jennifer Garner from 2005 to 2018. They share daughters Violet, 16, Seraphina, 12, and son Samuel, 9.

The "Tender Bar" actor, who went to rehab for alcoholism in 2018, made headlines last week after he said in an interview with Howard Stern that part of the reason why he started drinking was that he felt "trapped" in his marriage to Garner.

Affleck's comments sparked backlash online, with social media users criticizing the actor for appearing to blame his ex-wife for his alcohol problems. The "Argo" director later went on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" to clarify his remarks, saying that he felt the backlash was "inappropriate" and his feelings had been hurt.

Lopez also came to Affleck's defense and shut down claims that she was upset over his comments about his marriage to Garner.

"This story is simply not true," Lopez said in a statement to People. "It is not how I feel. I couldn't have more respect for Ben as a father, a co-parent and a person."
