Jessica Alba and her husband Cash Warren greeted their 2018 with the best gift they could ever hope for - a son.

The happy couple welcomed their third child and first son, Hayes Alba Warren, on Sunday, Dec. 31, according to Entertainment Weekly. Alba and Warren, who have been married for nine years, already have two daughters - Haven Garner, 6, and Honor Marie, 9½.

They each shared their joyous news on social media. Alba posted a photo of her son and said that he is the “best gift” she could have asked for as their family welcomed 2018.

As for Warren, he posted a photo of himself with his son. He praised his wife for her love and care, adding that she is “the strongest woman I know.”

It seems like Warren fell in love with Alba more after she got pregnant. He earlier told Us Weekly that he is in awe of how she carries herself as a mother. “She’s doing great! She is so beautiful when she’s pregnant,” Warren gushed. “I’m always just so impressed by the strength and the discipline and the journey and process of pregnancy … it’s such a beautiful thing. So we’re very excited and in the final countdown here.”

While they were expecting Hayes, Warren said they had a lot of fun remembering their first pregnancy with Honor. “We crack up at the fact that a decade ago — 10 years ago she was pregnant with Honor. The thought of us going through it all again … It’s been a lot of flashbacks and a lot of funny things. We’re enjoying it this third time. We’re enjoying each moment,” he said.

Alba and Warren probably made the most out of their third pregnancy because Alba said she is perfectly contented with their family of five. She said she has no more plans of getting pregnant again, despite what her friends might think.

“My friend was like, ‘You are gonna have another,’ and I’m like, ‘No, I’m not. What are you saying? I’m good,’” Alba said to Extra TV. “We’re good. Three is good.”
