Former child star Jodie Sweetin, who was a part of the Full House girl gang, has got engaged to Morty Coyle.

Sweetin, who has 5 month-old daughter by Coyle, said she was surprised by the proposal, which came on her 29th birthday on January 19.

Speaking on her engagement, she told People.com, I am in shock still!

This will be Jodie’s third marriage. She already has a two-year-old daughter with second husband Cody Herpin.

Jodie played the middle sister Stephanie Tanner in Full House which also saw the twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen start their career in show business. Jodie did not see much work coming her way after Full House wound up completing eight seasons. Hence, she decided to join Chapman University and graduated with a Liberal Arts degree. She later got married to her first husband Shaun Holguin in 2002.

Things got out of hand for Sweetin as she became a drug addict leading her into a rehab in 2005. Life looked up for the star after that. She remarried and had a daughter and even got offers for TV and film. She hosted a Fuse TV show Pants-Off Dance-Off and acted in Port City.

Jodie's has also written a memoir of her life and struggles as a child celebrity and recovering drug addict, titled unSweetined. While in high school, Jodie did musical theatre with Matthew Morrison of Glee fame.
