With four teams left in the 2020 NFL playoffs, the Kansas City Chiefs have the best Super Bowl LIV odds. The team is a heavy favorite in Sunday’s AFC Championship Game against the Tennessee Titans, and they are projected to be favored with the Lombardi Trophy on the line in Miami.

According to the Las Vegas Westgate SuperBook, the Chiefs would lay 4.5 points in a meeting with the Green Bay Packers in the Super Bowl. The look-ahead line for a matchup between Kansas City and the San Francisco 49ers on Feb. 2 is a point in favor of the Chiefs.

Both home teams are favored by 7.5 points on Championship Sunday. San Francisco will host Green Bay after Kansas City hosts Tennessee.

The Titans cleared the way for the Chiefs to be Super Bowl favorites, upsetting the Baltimore Ravens 28-12 in the divisional round. Baltimore had the best Super Bowl odds with a 14-12 record and MVP frontrunner Lamar Jackson starting at quarterback.

Patrick Mahomes won last year’s NFL MVP award, throwing 50 touchdown passes in his first season as a starter. It looked like his 2019 campaign might be cut short when he suffered a knee injury on Oct. 17, but the 24-year-old returned after missing only two games.

Tennessee beat Kansas City at home 35-32 in Week 10 in Mahomes’ first game back. The quarterback threw for 446 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions. The Chiefs were 5.5-point road favorites.

Green Bay defeated Kansas City two weeks earlier when Matt Moore started in place of Mahomes.

Mahomes threw for 325 yards and five touchdowns in addition to rushing for 53 yards in a 51-31 divisional-round victory over the Houston Texans. He has eight touchdown passes and no interceptions in his playoff career.

Kansas City came up short at Arrowhead Stadium in the 2019 AFC Championship Game, losing to the New England Patriots 37-31 in overtime. The Chiefs were three-point favorites over the eventual champions.

The Chiefs have been the best bet in the NFL this season, going 12-5 against the spread. Kansas City is 10-4 against the spread as a favorite and 2-1 ATS as an underdog. The Chiefs’ 23-16 win in New England on Dec. 8 marked the only time that Kansas City has been an underdog with Mahomes under center this season.

Kansas City was a 9.5-point favorite against Houston in the second round. The Chiefs have covered the spread in every game during their current seven-game winning streak.
