Kanye West Theraflu: Rapper Says He “Fell in Love” with Kim Kardashian, Disses Kris Humphries on New Song [AUDIO]

There's been a rumor for a few months that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were an item.

That rumor has finally been confirmed by one of those involved.

In his new song, Theraflu, the rapper admits to having a relationship with the reality star. In fact, he says it was around the time that Kardashian married NBA player Kris Humphries.

West's good friend, rapper Jay-Z, is a minority owner of the New Jersey Nets, who Humphries plays for. West takes a jab at Humprhies in his new song after acknowledging his feelings for Kardashian.

And I'll admit, I fell in love with Kim, 'round the same time she had fell in love wit' him. Well, that's cool, baby girl, do ya thing. Lucky I ain't have Jay drop him from the team, says Kanye on the track.

Were the three celebrities involved in some kind of love triangle?

Kardashian and Humprhies eventually got married, but decided to call it quits after just 72 days. According to TMZ, West and Kardashian are currently dating. The two were recently spotted seeing a movie together.

Kanye also addressed his former relationship with model Amber Rose in the song. DJ Funkmaster Flex premiered the song on Hot 97 Wednesday night.
