Kate Middleton has been active in fulfilling her royal engagements again after recovering from her morning sickness.

Middleton had been on a strict bed rest due to severe morning sickness following the announcement of her third pregnancy. The Duchess of Cambridge had been suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, but she seems to have recovered completely and has been joining her husband, Prince William, and brother-in-law, Prince Harry, in their charity visits.

On Wednesday, Middleton made another surprise appearance this week when the trio visited the next generation of young sports coaches in London, People reported. Middleton looked chic and fab in her smart blue blazer by Philosophy Di Lorenzo Serafini. Her getup was perfect to protect the pregnant mom from the autumn chill. She paired it with black skinny jeans and black low-heeled boots.

During the visit, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were presented with a mini West Ham soccer jersey for their 4-year-old son, Prince George, and 2-year-old daughter, Princess Charlotte, even if Prince William usually supports their rival team, Aston Villa.

"We know that William's an Aston Villa fan so whether it gets put on or not I don't know. Whether they'll let George do that I don't know! It was a gesture from us as a welcome to the club really," said team captain Mark Noble (via Daily Mail).

According to Noble, they talked about the new stadium, soccer and what West Ham coming to the stadium has done for the area. He said that it felt great to have the chance to converse with the royals. He even joked that his daughter was jealous when he told her that he would get to meet Middleton, Prince William and Prince Harry. "She'll think I'm more of a great dad now than I was yesterday," he quipped.

"For me, getting kids doing sport instead of sitting in front of computers is great. We need to do more of this stuff to get people active," Noble added.

The outing marks the Duchess of Cambridge's second public appearance for the week. On Monday, she also joined Prince William and Prince Harry at the Paddington Station in London for a charity event. During the event, Middleton goofed around and even danced with Paddington Bear.
