Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle are bound to share a special bond in the future if the latter joins the British royal family.

In the past few months, rumors claimed that Prince Harry and Markle have gotten engaged and are getting ready to announce their plans to tie the knot by the end of November. Prince Harry also reportedly had tea with his lady love and Queen Elizabeth II just recently, so he may have already introduced the two most important women in his life to each other.

To help Markle adjust to the royal life waiting for her, Prince Harry's sister-in-law, Middleton, will reportedly assist the "Horrible Bosses" star. The Duchess of Cambridge was helped by Sophie, Countess of Wessex, when she joined the royal family seven years ago. Now, Middleton will pass on her knowledge to Markle and be her mentor and confidante if the latter does the same, Hello! reported.

The publication noted that the Duchess of Cambridge and princess-in-waiting have a number of things in common. For instance, both fell in love with princes, have great fashion sense, are dedicated to charity work and love the countryside. In addition, they are fond of Mulberry handbags and Cartier watches. Middleton and Markle are also fans of Anglo-Canadian designer Erdem.

The two ladies are close in age, so they will likely develop a royal sisterhood. Princess Diana and Sarah Ferguson had shared that special bond, and the royal mom-of-two and Markle might follow in their footsteps, especially if they live next to each other. If Prince Harry upsizes his two-bedroom cottage at Kensington Palace to a larger apartment, Middleton and Markle will live near each other.

However, there is also a possibility that Prince Harry and Markle will live in Cotswold. The couple reportedly went house-hunting for high-end properties in Cotswold. Prince Harry spent a number of years in the area because Prince Charles and Princess Diana had a 150-acre property in Highgrove where they used to spend their weekends.

Middleton's task of guiding Markle will likely be easy because the latter has the "makings of a princess." "Meghan has all the makings of a princess. Meghan is a natural, and her personality shines through," said Tatler style editor Sophie Goodwin.
