  • The Duchess of Cambridge didn't consult with Prince William
  • Kate Middleton suffered from extreme morning sickness during her pregnancies

Kate Middleton recently talked about her pregnancy journey with her three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

On the podcast “Happy Mum Happy Baby,” the Duchess of Cambridge also shared her pregnancy struggles because of her extreme morning sickness or hyperemesis gravidarum.

Prince William’s wife revealed that she wasn’t the happiest pregnant woman because she couldn’t eat normally because of her morning sickness. In order to help relax her body, Middleton turned to hypnobirthing, a hypnosis technique that involves listening to music, visualization, positive thinking, and more.

“There are levels of it. I’m not going to say that William was standing there, sort of chanting sweet nothings at me. He definitely wasn’t! I didn’t even ask him about it, but it was just something I wanted to do for myself,” she said.

During her labor, Middleton realized that she could use the power of her mind to defeat the issues that her body was experiencing. Hypnobirthing helped the future queen a lot.

“I saw the power of it really, the meditation and the deep breathing and things like that – that they teach you in hypnobirthing – when I was really sick and actually I realized that this was something I could take control of, I suppose, during labor,” she said.

The Duchess of Cambridge’s revelation about her three pregnancies came amid rumors that she could announce her fourth pregnancy this year. But after her recent engagement, bookmakers Coral said that there is a lower chance for Prince William’s wife to become pregnant again soon.

Coral spokesperson Harry Aitkenhead told Express that the odds for Middleton to announce her pregnancy are at 4-5. Just a few weeks ago, the odds for the royal’s pregnancy announcement were at 1-2.

Earlier this year, the Duchess of Cambridge also indirectly denied the rumors that she’s already expecting. She told royal fans that Prince William doesn’t want more kids.
