Kate Middleton, Prince William, Prince Harry and Princess Diana all love snow.

Princess Diana seemed to have been fond of snow, and her sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, share the same sentiment about it. In fact, the Duke of Cambridge and Duke of Sussex have made several skip trips in the past. Here's a look back on some the times the royals were photographed enjoying snow.

Prince William and Middleton

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge headed to the French Alps in 2016 with their children Prince George and Princess Charlotte. During the said trip, Prince William and Middleton unleashed their playful side. They were photographed laughing and cuddling in the snow. Prince William and Middleton also posed with their babies during the said trip.

According to Kensington Palace, it was the family of four’s first holiday and it was also the first time for their children to play in the snow. The family considered it a special and fun short holiday.

Back in December, Middleton and Prince William hosted two Christmas parties in London and Cyprus for the families and children of the deployed Royal Air Force. The duchess was photographed playing a mock snowball with the kids and she seemed to enjoy it based on the huge smile on her face.

Prince Harry

Just like his big brother and mother, Prince Harry loves the snow too. He enjoyed several ski trips with Princess Diana, Prince Charles and Prince William when he was younger.

Princess Diana

When Princess Diana was still alive she made several ski trips with Prince Charles. The couple enjoyed the snow in Lech, Austria in 1983.

After a year, the Prince and Princess of Wales went to Malbun, Liechtenstein for another ski trip.

In 1985, Princess Diana and Prince Charles returned to Liechtenstein for another ski holiday.

In 1987, Princess Diana and Prince Charles went skiing in Klosters, Switzerland. This time, they were accompanied by the Duke and Duchess of York.

Princess Diana and Sarah Ferguson were very close. In fact, they were believed to be best friends. The two were photographed smiling and racing to the bottom of the slope. Princess Diana even tried to knock Ferguson over without success during their race.

However, Prince Charles was reportedly infuriated because he found Princess Diana and Ferguson’s scenes too much considering that there were photographers in front of them. Prince Charles observed a strict limit when it comes to how royals should behave in public.
