Kate Middleton’s old apartment before she wed Prince William is now up for sale.

The three-bedroom property in Chelsea is owned by Middleton’s parents, Michael and Carole Middleton. According to The Sunday Times, the couple is expected to rake in over $2.5 million from the sale of their old home.

Michael and Carole purchased the property in 2002 for less than $1 million, but they no longer need a three-bedroom home because the Duchess of Cambridge is now living in Kensington Palace with her family.

Pippa Middleton is also living in a luxurious townhouse with her husband, James Matthews, in London. James Middleton lives and works in Scotland. When he is in London, he stays in the family’s seven-bedroom house in Berkshire.

The Middletons old home is spread across three floors decorated in neutral palettes, traditional furniture, oriental-style rugs and comfortable sofas. It also has a small kitchen with oak-colored furnishings, black marble counters, and bathrooms that are tiled in golden-colored marble with modern fittings. A spacious dining room is also furnished with patterned curtains and traditional furniture.

In related news, Middleton also made headlines this week due to her possible pregnancy in the future. The Duchess of Cambridge already has three children with Prince William, but royal fans are wondering if it’s possible for the royal couple to have a fourth one next year.

Bookies Coral released the odds of Middleton getting pregnant and said that it is currently at 3/1. There are also 10/1 odds that Middleton will announce her pregnancy before the year ends. Odds of 6/4 also predict that Middleton will have a fourth child any time in the future.

“Our odds show that there’s every chance that Kate and Wills might add to their growing family, and a fourth baby is certainly a possibility. We’ve taken some bets over the last two weeks or so on it happening and there’s a real buzz around the royal family at the moment with Meghan expecting,” Harry Aitkenhead of Coral told Express.

However, a source told People that Middleton is done with having more kids because she suffered from acute morning sickness during her three pregnancies.
