Kate Middleton previously expressed her desire for her three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis to spend more time with their cousin, Archie.

But it seems that her desire would fall on deaf ears. According to Cosmopolitan, that young royal cousins barely know each other. Even though Archie is already 8 months old, he has only seen Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis a handful of times.

Royal author Katie Nicholl said that this is primarily due to the fact that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle lived in Windsor, while Prince William, Middleton, and their kids reside in London.

But Nicholl also said that this doesn’t mean Archie would always be distant from his cousins. When they get older, it is expected that they would forge a relationship with each other.

"At some point down the future, there will be a closeness between the four of them, if not for themselves, for the royal cousins,” she said.

Meanwhile, shocking rumors about Markle and Archie made headlines last week. According to New Idea, the Duchess of Sussex is purposely keeping her son away from Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis because she thinks they are dirty.

Prince William and Middleton allow their three kids to run and sweat outdoors, but Markle’s son is still unable to walk.

“She said Kate lets her children run riot outdoors, getting in the mud and climbing trees and she will not allow those ‘dirty kids’ anywhere near her son! ” an unnamed source told the tabloid.

However, this is unlikely the case, even though Archie hasn’t been able to spend time with his cousins, this doesn’t have anything to do with them being sweaty. Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis cannot also be considered dirty because they are well taken care of by their parents and nannies.

But it seems Archie will still not be able to hang out with them because he would be moving to and from London and Canada in the coming months.
