Katy Perry took to Twitter Thursday to mark the first birthday of her daughter Daisy Dove, whom she shares with her fiancé Orlando Bloom.

"1 year ago today is the day my life began…" Perry wrote. "Happy first Birthday my Daisy Dove, my love."

The 36-year-old singer took a screenshot of the tweet and shared it via Instagram Stories.

Fans were quick to react to Perry's post, with many of them sending their wishes and love for both the mom and her daughter.

One of them wrote, "An angel was born today a year ago Pleading face, Little Daisy, keep blooming. l wish you endless happiness, endless health... Pure, peace and joy always & forever be with you. Happiest birthday Daisy, so much love, endless love @katyperry."

Meanwhile, another supporter created a fan art that compared the mother and daughter duo to Perry and the tiger in the "Roar" music video. "Like mother, like daughter," the netizen wrote in the caption.

Though the "Firework" singer keeps her baby out of the spotlight, she gives her fans updates on the little one's milestones.

During her "On-Air with Ryan Seacrest" podcast guesting in May, for instance, she revealed her daughter had begun crawling and grown a tooth.

"Actually it's kind of like one of my teeth," she said jokingly. "I have pretty good teeth on the top but if you were to actually see my bottom teeth, they're a little interesting, but I think that's character!"

Perry also maintains a good relationship with Bloom's ex-wife, Miranda Kerr. The singer even attended an event devoted to the model's product line, KORA Organics, last month.

Kerr herself shared a photo featuring Perry via Instagram. In the caption, she wrote, "Beautiful day at the beach yesterday celebrating the launch of my new @koraorganics Minty Mineral Hydration Mist."

Perry will be next seen in the documentary "The Kick Ash Bash Concert Film," alongside Michael Keaton, Jane Seymour, Katharine McPhee and Don Johnson.

Bloom, on the other hand, will appear in the movie "Needle in a Timestack," which is slated for Oct. 15 release. The flick also stars Leslie Odom Jr., Freida Pinto, Cynthia Erivo and Jadyn Wong.
