Katy Perry filed for a restraining order against a man who is allegedly stalking her and threatening her on social media, and it has been granted.

The new mom filed for the order of protection from a man named William Terry on Monday and it was granted on the same day based on the court documents obtained by Page Six. Perry alleged that the man, believed to be homeless and living in a silver Buick sedan, has been harassing her and her family.

The most recent incident happened on Sept. 8 when Terry trespassed her property. Everyone were at home at the time and Terry admitted to the responding officers that he wanted to enter the "Roar" singer's home that day.

"Terry jumped the fence of my home in the Beverly Hills area of Los Angeles. Security ordered Terry to leave. When he refused he was placed under citizen’s arrest and then formally arrested for criminal trespass by the Los Aneles Police Department," Perry claimed in her filing.

Terry also attempted to enter her home on Aug. 3. "The One That Got Away" songstress said she is fearful that he might return to her home especially because he allegedly made "death threats on social media."

Perry said Terry threatened to hurt her fiancé Orlando Bloom. In the court documents, Terry allegedly said "he wants to 'snap Orlando Bloom's neck.'"

A hearing to make the order permanent has been set on Oct. 8. The same order applies to Perry's newborn daughter Daisy Dove, Bloom, and his 9-year-old son Flynn.

Bloom and Perry welcomed their daughter on Aug. 26. They worked with UNICEF for the announcement of the arrival of their baby and urged their fans to donate to help expectant moms get access to trained health workers and quality healthcare.

Meanwhile, Bloom has been spotted enjoying some quality time with Perry's dad and his future father-in-law, Keith Perry. Bloom and Keith were spotted grabbing coffee weeks after the "Firework" singer gave birth to her daughter, Daisy Dove, People reported.

Bloom dressed for comfort wearing a white shirt and green jeans. He arrived in his baby blue vintage truck for the meet-up. Meanwhile, Keith sported an all-black outfit with a vest and thick silver chain necklace.
