A bonus scene of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” that dropped Wednesday revealed Khloe Kardashian had turned to sisters Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian for surrogacy advice before her breakup with Tristan Thompson.

In the scene, Khloe told her sisters that she wanted to expand her family but her doctor had advised her against carrying another baby.

“Dr. A just said it probably wasn’t the best idea for me to carry,” she told them on the show. “She’s nervous and cautious about a couple of things. What is your opinion on me doing the surrogate?”

While Kourtney told Khloe that ending a surrogacy relationship could be “weird,” Kim shared that her first surrogacy experience with then-husband Kanye West was “scary,” Entertainment Tonight reported.

“The first time was so scary,” said Kim. “I did a FaceTime first and then I invited them over for dinner with her two kids and Kanye and her husband. I wanted to meet them all face-to-face. I wanted to feel and see if this energy was going to work for us. She was amazing and her husband was so great. You want to make sure they’re just a good person,” she added.

Kim also assured her sister that she would help her find the right person to carry her baby. “I think the right thing to do is to have them come to see the baby before they leave,” she said. “Like do you want them to pump and then send the milk to you?”

In a February episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” Khloe revealed, she and Tristan were ready to have their second child together. Thompson and Kardashian already share a 3-year-old daughter named True.

“True’s getting older and I feel like it’s now time to have another child,” Khloe had said.

In March, she revealed to Sarah Hyland on Lady Parts that she had already done IVF and made embryos. "I actually have done IVF about three different times," Khloe said. "I froze my eggs once already and when I was ready to make embryos with Tristan, I was making embryos."

She further told that none of the eggs she had frozen survived defrosting.

It, however, remains unknown whether Khloe would still want to give True a sibling now that she and the 30-year-old basketball player have gone separate ways.

On Monday, sources had told ET that Khloe and Thompson had broken up following the recent cheating allegations against the basketball player.
