  • Kim Kardashian opened up about wanting to have more children and getting married again
  • She remained hopeful of tying the knot again and said she believes the "fourth" marriage will work out
  • Kardashian recently finalized her divorce from Kanye West after six years of marriage

Kim Kardashian will "never say never" to having more children, even after her divorce from Kanye West.

During an interview on Gwyneth Paltrow's "Goop" podcast, the 42-year-old Skims founder revealed that she was open to the idea of having another child but would have to be in a relationship before making it happen.

"I'm obviously right at the end of that conversation," Kardashian told the 50-year-old Oscar-winning actress in the episode released Thursday night. "I would have to have someone in my life for a while in order to make that decision."

She continued, "So, whatever's meant to [be] will be."

When the "Iron Man" actress suggested egg freezing, Kardashian responded, "I think embryos are the best way to go."

In the interview, the beauty mogul also opened up about her "dream" of finding new love after three failed marriages with ex-husbands Damon Thomas from 2000 to 2004, Kris Humphries from 2011 to 2013 and West from 2014 to 2022.

"I have this fantasy in my head," Kardashian said. "Fourth time's a charm. It's going to work out."

"I feel like honestly, my last marriage was my first real [marriage]. The first one, I just don't know what was happening, the second one I felt like I wanted to be married so badly because all my friends were at that place... and I didn't accept that that just wasn't where I was," the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" alum shared.

She said that she was also fine with having a "forever partnership" and that she would not give in to the social and personal pressure of having a new relationship.

"I have a lot of girlfriends that have been married, don't like the experience of it or the ending of it, and don't want to go through it again," she explained, before concluding that while she "definitely" wants to get married again, she is "happy to take [her] time" and enjoy being single for a few years.

Kardashian's revelation came months after she admitted, in an exclusive interview with "Access," that she wants to have as many children as her mom Kris Jenner, who has six children: Kim, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Rob Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner.

At the time, Kim was still dating "Saturday Night Live" alum Pete Davidson, 28. The exes ended their relationship in August after nine months of dating.

The mother of four recently finalized her divorce from West, 45, with whom she shares 9-year-old North, 7-year-old Saint, 4-year-old Chicago and 3-year-old Psalm. Kim filed for divorce in February 2021 after six years of marriage.

An unnamed source who spoke to Entertainment Tonight gave an update on the exes' status, saying, "Kim and Kanye are [now] legally in a better space."

"Kim feels like it was a long time coming, so she is grateful a solid agreement is now in place," the insider said, adding that the reality star would "date again when she's ready" but was now focused on her children "during this transitional phase."
