  • Kardashian's family and friends reportedly love having the comedian around because he brings a "positive and loving vibe"

Kim Kardashian trusts her boyfriend Pete Davidson and has no issue with him bonding with her children, according to a report.

Kardashian feels "very comfortable" allowing the 28-year-old comedian to be around her four children with ex Kanye West — North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3 — as their relationship becomes "more serious," an anonymous source close to the 41-year-old reality star told E! News.

"[Davidson] has spent a lot of time with [her children] recently," the insider said. "Kim didn't want to force anything and loves that it has been a natural progression. She loves that she can trust Pete to take them to do activities on his own."

Davidson's growing bond with her children has, in turn, made his relationship with Kardashian stronger. The Skims founder finds her boyfriend's outings with her kids "really cute" and "is grateful for how seamless it's been," the insider explained.

The "Saturday Night Live" alum is "really good around kids," and "they all love him," the insider added.

A second source close to Kardashian told the outlet that the reality star's friends and family also adore Davidson and love having him around.

"Everyone loves having Pete around," the unnamed source said. "He's so much fun and brings such a positive and loving vibe. Kim is so grateful for how easy he's made this and how understanding he is of everyone's feelings."

On Saturday, the "King of Staten Island" star was spotted shopping with Kardashian's son Saint at The Grove shopping plaza in Los Angeles Saturday sans his girlfriend.

Davidson held Saint's hand as they walked around the shops before going inside the Cheesecake Factory, accompanied by a lone bodyguard, TMZ reported.

Back in April, Davidson was also photographed spending time with her eldest daughter North. The pair drove Kardashian's pink, electric Moke car around a gated community in Los Angeles, near his girlfriend's house.

Caitlyn Jenner previously shared in May that Kardashian brought Davidson over to her Malibu home to meet her.

During an interview on "The Pivot Podcast," the "I Am Cait" star expressed her approval of Kardashian's beau and threw some shade at West, saying, "We don't need more rappers. We need a comedian in the family."

"[Davidson is] very different than what she would normally date, but Kimberly has been through a lot with the guys she's been with, especially Kanye," Jenner added. "Pete is 180 degrees in the other direction. First of all, he treats her so well, and when they were over here, Kim [was] so happy, and Kim deserves to be happy."
