As hard as it might be to believe, there was a time in her life when “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star Kim Kardashian was an avid listener of Taylor Swift songs and considered herself as her no. 1 fan.

That time was 2009, when Swift’s single “Love Story” was all the rage. In a throwback video shared by Entertainment Tonight, Kardashian gushed: “I love Taylor Swift, I’m the biggest Taylor Swift fan.”

“I’m watching her on Twitter, I just signed up on Twitter. I’m watching you, Taylor, following,” she added.

Back then, Kardashian was not even dating her now-husband Kanye West yet. But things completely changed when the two of them got married, and Kardashian changed her mind about Swift, given the latter’s history with her husband.

West publicly took a jab at Swift when he grabbed the microphone from her hands during her 2009 Video Music Awards acceptance speech. Their rocky relationship was further strained when his 2016 single, “Famous,” came out wherein he claimed to be responsible for her popularity and success.

West said Swift gave him her blessing for him to use her name in the song, but Swift’s camp denied it. “Taylor was never made aware of the actual lyrics, ‘I made that [expletive] famous,’” her rep told PEOPLE.

To prove her wrong, Kardashian later released via Snapchat recordings of Swift discussing the song with West and joking about the lyrics of “Famous.” As a result, netizens turned on Swift, accusing her of lying about the whole issue.

Now, Swift has released her latest single, “Look What You Made Me Do,” in which she addresses the rift she had with the West couple.

However, an insider close to West and Kardashian claimed that they are unaffected by the release of Swift’s new song. “Kim and Kanye are not concerned or interested in dredging up the situation with Taylor and hope that Taylor can move on,” a source told Us Weekly. “Kim and Kanye haven’t even been thinking about it and have moved on.”

Since they have been through a lot, including the horrifying Paris robbery Kardashian experienced, “Swift’s music video is not on their radar,” the insider added.
