  • The comedian reportedly makes Kardashian "very happy"

Kim Kardashian's family is supportive of her relationship with Pete Davidson, a report says.

It's been less than four months since the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" alum, 41, and the "Saturday Night Live" star, 28, started dating, but Davidson has already impressed the other members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

"Pete is getting close with Kim's family, and they really like him," an unnamed source told E! News, adding that the Kardashian family "[loves] this new relationship for Kim and the way he treats her."

"They just want Kim to be happy, and he has made her very happy," the insider continued.

Kardashian was first linked to Davidson in October 2021, shortly after she made her "Saturday Night Live" hosting debut. The two have since been spotted going on dates and getaways, with the reality star and the comedian recently celebrating their first Valentine's Day as a couple in New York City.

On Sunday, Kardashian and Davidson dined at Cipriani, where they kissed in public for the first time since they started dating. They were joined by friends, including La La Anthony, at the restaurant.

An unnamed source told People that Kardashian flew to the Big Apple to be with Davidson, who is filming the horror movie "The Home" there.

"Kim flew to N.Y.C. on Friday to spend the weekend with Pete," the insider said. "He continues to film there. He has been busy and not able to travel to L.A. They were apart for a few days earlier this week and [were] excited to reunite."

The source added that Kardashian's relationship with the comedian is drama-free, and it has been "refreshing" for the mom of four.

"Pete is great for Kim. During the past few months when they have been dating, Kim has been very happy," the source shared. "All the drama with Kanye is still difficult for her, but Pete cheers her up. They haven't had any drama so far. It's very refreshing for Kim."

Kardashian's relationship with the "King of Staten Island" actor comes almost a year after she filed for divorce from Kanye West, with whom she shares daughters North, 8, and Chicago, 4, plus sons Saint, 6, and Psalm, 2.

West has been open about his desire to reconcile with his estranged wife and keep their family together. However, Kardashian recently asked to be declared legally single, saying in court documents obtained by E! News that "there is no possibility of saving the marriage."

On Tuesday, West said he was taking "accountability" for his recent social media rants about his estranged wife and her boyfriend.

He wiped his Instagram account and shared a new photo of himself following a series of posts over the weekend that included screenshots of alleged text messages he'd received from Kardashian and Davidson as well as memes that he captioned with harassing messages.

"I take accountability. I'm still learning in real-time. I don't have all the answers. To be [a] good leader is to be a good listener," West wrote.

The Grammy winner also apologized for his use of all caps in his since-deleted posts, which he realized made people "feel like I'm screaming at them." He added that he was "working on my communication."
