Kanye West just had his worst bipolar episode, according to a source.

On Monday, Kardashian and West were spotted together inside a car in Wyoming. The KKW founder visited her husband after his bizarre tirade on Twitter and based on the snaps released by various outlets, she looked upset and was crying. According to a source, West just had his "worst episode" in the past weeks.

"Kim has known about Kanye’s bipolar disorder all along, and she has worked hard privately to support him and protect him and their kids," an insider told Page Six.

"But this is the worst episode he has ever had. She fears he may have to hit rock bottom before he finally wakes up and realizes what he has done."

Prior to their reunion, West called out Kardashian and her mom, Kris Jenner on Twitter. West claimed they tried to lock him up with a doctor. He also said that he wanted to divorce Kardashian after she met up with Meek Mill in 2018.

Kardashian and Mill met in November 2018 to attend a criminal justice summit in Waldorf Astoria in Los Angeles. Both have been working with #Cut50, a bipartisan effort that aims to reduce crime and incarceration across all 50 states. They were joined by philanthropist Clara Wu Tsai in their meeting and were never left alone.

Sources also said that nothing inappropriate happened during the meeting. Mill himself denied the cheating allegations. Many believe that West made the tweets and the disturbing revelation about him and Kardashian considering abortion for their first baby due to his bipolar condition.

Kardashian addressed her husband's mental state in an Instagram Story on July 22.

"As many of you know, Kanye has bipolar disorder. Anyone who has this or has a loved one in their life who does, knows how incredibly complicated and painful it is to understand," Kardashian wrote.

"I've never spoken publicly about how this has affected us at home because I am very protective of our children and Kanye's right to privacy when it comes to his health."

"People who are unaware or far removed from this experience can be judgmental and not understand that the individual themselves have to engage in the process of getting help no matter how hard family and friends try," she continued.

Kardashian pointed out that West's actions may invoke strong opinions and she asked the people to understand the "Gold Digger" rapper who feels the pressure of being an artist and a Black man, who suffers from the painful loss of his mom and who struggles with isolation due to his bipolar disorder.

"Those who are close with Kanye know his heart and understand his words sometimes do not align with his intentions," Kardashian added.

At present, Kardashian and her family are trying their best to ensure that her kids won’t be affected by their dad’s erratic behavior. She is also focusing her efforts on helping West.
